We are a family company with a 20-year tradition dealing with complete supplies of smaller series metal parts for various industrial branches. We cooperate on the design of shape, we supply prototypes, design and make series technologies, make and supply series parts.
Our available technologies include pressing, bending, sheet metal drawing and stamping, multistage pressing, transfer pressing from 10 to 250 tonnes.
Standard series from 10,000 to 1,000,000 pieces; product weight from 5 g to 5 kg. Material thickness from 0.4 mm to 10 mm. Materials: steel sheet, stainless steel sheet, galvanized sheet, special types of steels, copper, brass, aluminium.
We perform welding on robots and positioners using MIT and TIG methods, and also we carry out resistance welding on welding presses, spot and seam welding.
Preferentially, we offer more complicated and technically more demanding products, precision stampings or products made by a combination of technologies.
Our additional activity is tube, wire and section bending.
