The company has introduced and uses a quality management system according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 and an environmental management system according to ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005.
SAND FOUNDRY: Production of models of several epoxy types, production of core boxes, production of cores out of a mixture of silica sand and water glass using the CT method, manually or by injecting. Moulding technology – hand moulding under crane, machine moulding or pulse moulding. The foundry allows to cast large-sized castings (1000x1000x300/300 mm, up to 200 kg).
DIE FOUNDRY: Production of moulds, preparation of drawing documentation by our designer team, production of moulds in cooperation. Casting technology – gravity casting (CGU and CGH casting machines, separate hydraulic-controlled stands, casting weights 1 to 20 kg), low-pressure casting (CNS 10.23 casting machines, casting weights 1 to 40 kg).

MACHINING SHOP: Machining – mainly aluminium castings.
