This cable trough is used for laying cables and cable tubes into the ground. They are used as a substitution for concrete cable troughs. They are made of PVC and their mechanical properties are comparable with the properties of concrete cable troughs. The upper and lower parts are connected with a lock which guarantees the cover stability. Longitudinally, the cable trough is connected by a coupling. It is a plug-in coupling, which means that the lower part of the trough is inserted in the coupling from above. The coupling mounting provides connection of lower parts without transition and protruding edges, which eliminates possible problems when drawing the cable. The top cover is anchored in the lock with a high strength of holding and tightness. The covers in longitudinal direction overlap the joints of lower parts, which guarantees a better stability of the complete trough routing.
