Fog cannons (also known as water guns, dust suppression cannons, emission control units, dust fighters) etc.) serve for dust suppression and they favorably influence environment.
Pressured water goes through the jet nozzles which spray it into the soft mist. Mist is driven by strong air flow generated by a powerful ventilator, and the mist fixes dust particles.
The distance of mist is dependend on direction and force of the wind, the range is 30 or 50 m.
Fog cannons are in basic design equipped by diffuser with axial ventilator, set of mist jet nozzles, rotary frame that enables automatic rotaring from 0 till 350°, filter unit, pump and switch board.
Optionally we offer 3-wheels trailer or a car trailer, water tank (volume 1000 l), additional pump and diesel agregator. Dust emission unit equipped like this is fully self sufficient and independent on customer´s equipment.
