Micro-screen drum filters are an ideal solution for the filtration of water from waste water treatment plants. They are also used for the filtration of water from paper and textile industries, power plants, heating plants, fishing farms, zoos and many other operations. A big advantage of the filters is the innovated “cli-clo” system ensuring easy filter cloth replacement, featuring a uniform filter grid for all filter sizes. The filter grid installation can be done very quickly, without attachment elements or tools. The filter cloth provides filtration at the level of tens of micrometers, removing SS (Suspended Solids), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and Five-Day Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD5) from waste water through the filter cloth. The micro-screen filters may be installed in two ways, either in a concrete channel or a stainless steel trough.
