OptimTalk is a versatile, open standards based application platform providing a wide range of technologies and tools for managing, processing and automation of voice communication. It serves for building and operating a large variety of solutions, such as IVR and call center systems, value added services for corporate telephony, dispatch systems etc. All solutions are PBX agnostic.
OptimTalk is also a modern platform for computer telephony integration (CTI) providing a rich set of interfaces and protocols for integration with third-party products.
It contains a powerful media server supporting, among others, VoiceXML 2.0/2.1, CCXML, MRCPv2 and SIP. Speech recognition, text-to-speech, voice biometry and other speech technologies can be used instantly.
Besides the use as a ready-to-use application platform, OptimTalk parts can be integrated with and embedded into third-party products.
