The VINYL-FLEX plastic closures include: various plugs, closures, caps made using a special dip moulding method which does not leave any traces of the mould. Closures are elastic, adjustable, weather resistant. Closures are in various shapes – cylindrical, flat, of Jäkl type, closures with neck. They are made in the basic colour range. The material of closures is soft and glossy, it may be also soft and course, but this type is only available in black. The course material is antiskid, it is used mainly for handles. Closures are used particularly in the automotive and engineering industries. Use: protection of threads, pipes, flanges, cable and hose ends, tool and lever handles, wire programme, colour coding. Closures are made using a dip moulding method, i.e. we can dip also metal parts, objects, products in plastic. In this way tool handles, plastic-coated screw heads, dumbbells, roof carriers, wheelchair tyres, etc. are made.
